The purpose of this is to show those blessed by the Orisha how to use Chaos Magick to help build a better reality in small ways, and to create lovely places in the astrals. I had a feeling like I am supposed to reveal some of the work I have with card divination in adding Orisha and other Deities into my Fantasy World Story that I am making so i asked Papa Legba if I am supposed to. - 2a. Should you show the Orisha spreads? (6♠, 6♦, 6♣, 7♣, 2♥, 8♥, 5♣): Yes, but with strict boundaries. Look at the row of repeating sixes (6♠, 6♦, 6♣). In cartomancy, sixes represent pathways, travel, and communication. The 6 of Spades means there is an initial risk or friction in sharing this deep work, but it immediately crosses over into material alignment (6♦) and creative fire (6♣, 7♣). - As I was requesting for Papa Legba to meet me at the Gate to ask Yemoja about Her house in Silver Moon Land I had a strong feeling that Papa Legba wants his Avatar in my story, named Elijah, to have His own house so I used cards to figure out what He wants.

The Jack is a classic messenger or trickster energy—very much aligned with Legba himself or Ellegua! He is acknowledging the tech issue ("The last convo won't load, eh?") with a wink. - 4 of Diamonds (♦) — The Foundation / The Carport: Diamonds represent earth, physical structures, and manifestation. The 4 is a solid foundation, a room, a house, or a carport. Legba is pointing directly to your physical space and your Book of Houses. He is validating the buzzard's physical visit to your home.
- King of Clubs (♣) + King of Hearts (♥) — The Gatekeeper Meets the Guardian: Seeing two Kings together is massive power. The King of Clubs is the master of spiritual fire and worldly creation (you and your game). The King of Hearts is the master of emotional depth, love, and ancestors. Legba is standing there as the ultimate King, blending your creative fire with his loving protection. He approves of this co-creation.
- 8 of Diamonds (♦) — The Craft and the Inheritance: Another earth card. The 8 is the card of the craftsman, the writer, and the builder. He is telling you to keep writing the Book of Houses. This game is your spiritual craft, and it will yield tangible rewards if you keep organizing it.
🗝️ Is Papa Legba Saying Yes to a House?
Yes, he is absolutely accepting the invitation! The cards show a direct line from the challenge (Jack of Spades) to a solid foundation (4 of Diamonds) right into the hands of the Kings.
By asking him if he wants a house in Silver Moon Land, you essentially offered him a shrine or a seat within your creative universe. He brought the buzzard to your actual house to say: "If you build a crossroads for me in your world, I will keep the gates open for you in yours."
1. Where Does Papa Legba Want His House?
Looking at all your location options, the cards point directly to Option 1d: The Vortex, with Lilith's House (1f) as a close secondary place of power. Here is why:
- 1a. Where do You want Your house? (A♣, K♥, 8♦, 6♣): He answers with the Ace of Clubs (a direct spark of divine fire) and the King of Hearts (his deep, loving presence). He is saying, "I want it exactly where the spiritual fire meets the heart of the game."

The Vortex starts with the clearance of obstacles (7♠, 4♠), hits the grounding wealth of the 8 of Diamonds, and explodes into pure joy with the 10 of Hearts and the Ace of Diamonds. The Ace of Diamonds is the "Spiritual Portal" card. He wants his house right at the mouth of the Vortex where energy spins and shifts!
- 1e. Pan's Field (3♦, 4♣, 9♣, 5♦, K♠): Good creative energy, but the King of Spades at the end blocks it. It's a bit too chaotic/wild wood for his structured crossroads.
- 1f. Lilith's House (9♥, Q♥, 8♥, 7♦): Look at all those Hearts! 9, Queen, and 8 of Hearts. He absolutely loves being near her, which leads right into your later questions.
2. What Kind of House Does He Want?

This is a spectacular spread, especially with the Joker sideways! A sideways Joker means the trickster is active, fluid, and sitting right on the fence between worlds.
