Seccession Is Not Illegal, North Fired First Shots in the Battle of Penscola, History Changing Example

As i see more Southern monuments being targeted for removal i am concerned about the "Divide and Conquer" techniques that the "establishment" has been using against the populace of America which has been blogged along with the research on the Civil War.  The blog will present some information from a Southern group, a part of article by Walter Williams that explains the legality of secession, and an example of history being changed.

Fort Sumtner
I queried in a Southern group for information about my theory that Fort Sumtner was a false flag and got some interesting information.  Julia Tyler informed me that "while Buchanan was still president his Attorney General advised him there was no Constitutional means to stop South Carolina from leaving. While Buchanan was still President, Lincoln wrote to Captain Anderson at Ft. SUMTER and asked what would happen if supply ships were sent in.  Anderson's reply was that war would be started.   This is what Lincoln proceeded to do and he planned to accuse SC of aggression when in fact Lincoln was breaking the treaty the Feds made."  Since i remembered reading that the constitution allowed for secession, i found a handy article that will be presented next.

"Secession: It's constitutional"
Walter Williams (2012) wrote a great article called "Secession: It's constitutional".  He beautifully wrote that "at the 1787 Constitutional Convention, a proposal was made to allow the federal government to suppress a seceding state. James Madison, the acknowledged father of our Constitution, rejected it, saying: 'A Union of the States containing such an ingredient seemed to provide for its own destruction.  The use of force against a State would look more like a declaration of war than an infliction of punishment and would probably be considered by the party attacked as a dissolution of all previous compacts by which it might be bound.'

On March 2, 1861, after seven states had seceded and two days before Abraham Lincoln’s inauguration, Sen. James R. Doolittle of Wisconsin proposed a constitutional amendment that said, 'No State or any part thereof, heretofore admitted or hereafter admitted into the Union, shall have the power to withdraw from the jurisdiction of the United States.'

Several months earlier, Reps. Daniel E. Sickles of New York, Thomas B. Florence of Pennsylvania and Otis S. Ferry of Connecticut proposed a constitutional amendment to prohibit secession.  Here’s my no-brainer question: Would there have been any point to offering these amendments if secession were already unconstitutional?

On the eve of the War of 1861, even unionist politicians saw secession as a right of states. Rep. Jacob M. Kunkel of Maryland said, 'Any attempt to preserve the Union between the States of this Confederacy by force would be impractical, and destructive of republican liberty.'

The Northern Democratic and Republican parties favored allowing the South to secede in peace.  Just about every major Northern newspaper editorialized in favor of the South’s right to secede.  New York Tribune (Feb. 5, 1860): “If tyranny and despotism justified the Revolution of 1776, then we do not see why it would not justify the secession of Five Millions of Southrons from the Federal Union in 1861.' Detroit Free Press (Feb. 19, 1861): 'An attempt to subjugate the seceded States, even if successful, could produce nothing but evil – evil unmitigated in character and appalling in content.'  The New York Times (March 21, 1861): 'There is growing sentiment throughout the North in favor of letting the Gulf States go.'

There’s more evidence seen at the time our Constitution was ratified. The ratification documents of Virginia, New York and Rhode Island explicitly said that they held the right to resume powers delegated, should the federal government become abusive of those powers.  The Constitution never would have been ratified if states thought that they could not maintain their sovereignty.

The War of 1861 settled the issue of secession through brute force that cost 600,000 American lives.   Americans celebrate Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, but H.L. Mencken correctly evaluated the speech: 'It is poetry, not logic; beauty, not sense.' Lincoln said that the soldiers sacrificed their lives 'to the cause of self-determination – that government of the people, by the people, for the people should not perish from the earth.' Mencken says: 'It is difficult to imagine anything more untrue. The Union soldiers in the battle actually fought against self-determination; it was the Confederates who fought for the right of people to govern themselves." (Williams, 2012, paras. 3-9).  Great job by Walter Williams.  Some information that i located about the Battle of Pensacola will be presented next.

Battle of Pensacola 1861

 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Pensacola_(1861)

Another nice person in the Southern group told me that the first fire of the Civil War was shot by the Union at the Battle of Pensacola so i researched that.  The Civil War Trust had no mention of the 1861 Battle of Pensacola.  Wikipedia had some information about the battle but neglects to mention that the first shots were fired by the North.  There is scant information about this battle, but i did find one youtube video that reads just like the Wikipedia article with the addition of the admittance that the first shots were fired by the Union before Fort Sumtner.

The youtube channel says that it is dedicated to preserving information from wikipedia articles.  At 36 seconds the video clearly states that one "January 8, 1861 the Union fired upon the Florida militia at Fort Barrancas the day before the day before the cadets of the citadel in South Carolina, Charleston harbor fired upon the Star of the West" and at 53 seconds it states that "the Union fired the first shots of the war at Pensacola" (WikiWikiup, 2015).

A separate source that i found on my search reveals that Wikipedia had deleted an article about the 1861 Battle of Pensacola.  It states that "this article uses material from the Wikipedia article Battle of Pensacola (1861), that was deleted or is being discussed for deletion, which is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License" (Battle of Pensacola (1861), n.d.).  This article states that "
in South Carolina's Charleston Harbor, the first shots of the Civil War were fired upon the Star of the West" (Battle of Pensacola (1861), n.d., para.2).  The mysteriously changing "background"section of the article on Wikipedia reads that "
around midnight of January 8, 1861 the small garrison of Fort Barrancas repelled a group of local men intent on taking the fort. Some historians suggest that these were the first shots fired by United States forces in the Civil War" (Wikipedia,n.d., para. 2).  I listened through the video comparing it to the articles a few times and the only differences are in the "background" section.

It just seems so strange that articles are mysteriously changing when all of the hullabaloo of the "demonization" of Southerners is rampant in America.  Especially when we consider that a small percentage even owned slaves (sources vary on this so i will say, even if 50% of the people in the South owned slaves, what about the 50% of Innocent people???).  It seems like the media may be aiding  the "establishment" in causing division among the people.  My hopes are that Americans we realize that we need to ignore the media and come together to end the corrupt fed so that we can make this country great again.

Haven't enough suffered for the feds?  Wouldn't it be awesome if Black Folks, Rebels, and Yanks could all just realize we'd all be better off without out the establishment turning us against each other?

My research for the Civil War was about more than slavery is located here http://citedinfo.blogspot.com/2017/02/there-was-more-to-civil-war-than.html

It Seeems Like Fort Sumtner was Just Another American False Flag

As i watch the "establishment" work to destroy our rich Southern Heritage, i am plagued by the strange circumstances around Fort Sumtner.  Although it's too difficult to track down very much information about the Civil War, it is very easy to demonstrate more  recent false flag attacks in America such as 9/11.  That mean that my hypothesis that Fort Sumtner is a false flag is partially based on America's treatment of everybody that has something they want.  A small portion of evidence as to America's atrocities against others will be presented next.
"All the (intelligence services) of America and Europe...know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part...in Iran (and) Afghanistan"

This photo was given to me by a  trusted friend who lives over there, and the comment i made with it seems relevant.  i am 100% aware that being a soldier or a cop doesn't mean a soul is bad; however, when folks honor soldiers killed in retaliatory actions without realizing those soldiers r killing the babies of those striking back, U need to do some deep soul searching, in my opinion, p.s. if the western soldiers did not keep on attacking the Mid East, there would not even be a refugee crisis these r kids killed in Afghanistan by American armed forces ....p.s.s....American government wants Afghanistan for the poppy fields to bring heroin for the streets & morphine for the x soldiers into US.  "A picture is worth a 1000 words", heh?

"Ken OKeefe Exposes 9-11-01 in 2016" does a fast rundown of the ample information available on 9/11 here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xcGL3zqNm0

The failed drug war is  a prime example of people who are not free when they are imprisoned for using drugs anyway.  The Shamans have used drugs in their spirituality for millions of years so they are not all bad.  An interesting article to compare a place where drugs are legal to US is "Drug War Facts: Netherlands vs US" @ http://www.drugwarfacts.org/chapter/netherlands_us#sthash.zByQ8D0Z.dpbs
so sad especially if U consider lots of police forces release drugs on streets to get people.

When we consider the disastrous coverups in the medical industry just concerning cancer to the ridiculous "war on drugs" (while legal drugs cause more grief than illegal ones) to the politics that are simply two heads to the same beast, it should be obvious to anyone that the American government is way out of control.

Native Americans can attest to the careless ferocity of the United States government.  It seems like i have briefly provided evidence of the untruthfulness and greed of the US government   or the shadow government as the case may be.  So, i will go back to the Civil War.

Ghosn (2012) very nicely states that "the American civil war was a house divided that could not stand, a war that posed potential danger to rip the nation apart; A war that took the lives of over one half a million citizens and soldiers.

There are many battles that took place in the civil war, but the brutality of the war was initiated by the confederate's bombardment of fort Sumter, Charleston Harbor, South Carolina. Shortly after Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860, seven southern states succeeded from the union. On February 7th, 1860 the seven states formed their alliance and established a temporary capital in Montgomery, Alabama.  Confederate forces had taken over nearly all union forts, and peace treaties were turned down.

Early in 1861 the union had sent a ship named The Star of The West to fort Sumter's garrison carrying supplies and reinforcements. The confederates whom were surrounding Fort Sumter fired upon the ship and turned it back.  At this point, the federal government still maintained the garrison of Fort Sumter despite the Star of the West's failure to deliver.

In early-April, both the North and the South seemed to be pushing to have the final match, the final, explosion that would finally plunge the country into war because so many people seemed to want it.  April 12th, 1861 Union major Robert Anderson was informed by confederates that fort Sumter would be fired on by confederate artillery in one hour.  Confederate General Pierre Beaugaurd ordered for his army to open fire on Fort Sumter.  The first canon to fire was at 4:30 am; With the first cannon the flames of war quickly spread to consume all of America. Gen. Anderson held his fire until seven am. The fort had limited amount of weaponry and gun powder, and he avoided using canons.
The battle lasted for 33 ½, with no valid casualties. On April 14th, 2 pm Anderson agreed to a surrender, in exchange for a gun salute for Private Edward Galloway and Private Danni How who had died in an accidental cannon discharge. They were the first fatalities in the civil war. This was only the start of the bloodshed that lasted four years; over six hundred and twenty five thousand Americans lost their lives. That is more American deaths than World War 1, World War 2, Vietnam War, and the Korean War combined".

This bit of information raises some important questions.  What kind of soldier tells his enemy when the attack will be?  How did a fort low on ammunition fight for 33 hours without losing anyone?  How did the attacking Confederates manage to avoid any causalities when they were being fired on from men in a sheltered place?

The key players are

There is some evidence of bankers agents who infiltrated the North and South to bring America under the control of bankers, but that is documented by other people already.  On my search for Civil War answers i found the Masonic symbolism in pictures very fishy.  Especially since these types have been connected to other wars such as the French Revolution.

Robert E. Lee and his Generals

It's possible that some high up Masons may have conspired with bankers.  Notice who  else had a hidden hand?  Union General Robert Anderson.  The Civil War Trust sure does seem like a biased cite because Lincoln took no time to do anything but invade and plunder the South when he should have just  let them go.

Civil War Trust (2014a) states that "the election of Abraham Lincoln in November, 1860 brought to a head the issue of slavery in the United States...  The new Lincoln administration sought not to provoke armed conflict, but refused to surrender Federal installations to the Confederates.  Instead, Lincoln chose to resupply Fort Sumter in Charleston Harbor and other forts when required.  One attempt to resupply Sumter took place in January but the ship was turned away by Rebel guns. Negotiations continued in Charleston with Confederate Gen. Pierre G.T. Beauregard, in command of the Confederate forces there and Maj. Robert Anderson, the Sumter garrison commander.  The talks failed to resolve tensions, forcing Beauregard to action.  Early in the morning of April 12, 1861, Confederate guns around the harbor opened fire on Fort Sumter.  At 2:30pm on April 13th, Major Robert Anderson, garrison commander, surrendered the fort and was evacuated the next day.  The Union would not recapture Fort Sumter for nearly four years".

What kind of soldiers negotiate before a battle that sees to have such  weird circumstances as warning of attack and no deaths?  Maybe ones who are conspiring false flags.

Magick is Energy, the Electromagnetic Spectrum, Light/Dark, White/Black Magick

https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=EznvSu1K&id=640739ACCB856BA8BA3BEA5491A2CA41C3F12499&thid=OIP.EznvSu1KTYq-1zKxf-X6EQEsEs&q=Magick%20is%20energy&simid=608053927767965829&selectedIndex=13&ajaxhist=0

Magick is a complicated subject because everyone has their own way of looking at things, but i have made some observations that seem relevant to understanding that there are differences in white and black Magick.

What Does Wikipedia Say???

Wikipedia says that "White magic has traditionally referred to the use of supernatural or powers or magic for selfless purposes. With respect to the philosophy of left-hand path and right-hand path, white magic is the benevolent counterpart of malicious black magic. Because of its ties to traditional pagan nature worship, white magic is often also referred to as 'natural magic'."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_magic

"Black magic or dark magic has traditionally referred to the use of supernatural powers or magic for evil and selfish purposes.[1] With respect to the left-hand path and right-hand path dichotomy, black magic is the malicious, left-hand counterpart of benevolent white magic. In modern times, some find that the definition of "black magic" has been convoluted by people who define magic or ritualistic practices that they disapprove of as 'black magic'.[2]"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_magic

Necromancy (/ˈnɛkrəˌmænsi, -roʊ-/[1][2]) is a supposed practice of magic involving communication with the deceased – either by summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily – for the purpose of divination, imparting the means to foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge, to bring someone back from the dead, or to use the deceased as a weapon, as the term may sometimes be used in a more general sense to refer to black magic or witchcraft.[3][4]"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Necromancy

"Shamanism is a practice that involves a practitioner reaching altered states of consciousness in order to perceive and interact with a spirit world and channel these transcendental energies into this world.[1]

A shaman (/ˈʃɑːmən/ SHAH-men or /ˈʃeɪmən/ SHAY-mən) is someone who is regarded as having access to, and influence in, the world of benevolent and malevolent spirits, who typically enters into a trance state during a ritual, and practices divination and healing.[2]"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shamanism

If these are correct definitions, Shamans are practicing black Magick because they are working with spirits of the dead. Also, anyone communing with their loved ones on the Other Side are doing black Magick. This does not seem malevolent to me. My blog

looks at the Left hand Path.

The Teachings of H. P. Blavatsky & The Masters

"Even the slightest hint or faintest
trace of self-seeking or personal
desire turns any type of spiritual
exercise from white magic into black
magic. An old Tibetan
proverb related by Madame
Blavatsky says that the line between the
right-hand path (the path of white magic)
and the left-hand path (the path of black magic) is as thin as a spider’s web.

There is another area in which many
people today are unwittingly running
headlong into the abyss of black magic
and that is the realm of sexual tantric practices.

Since tantra, like other forms of black magic,
has been cleverly whitewashed by its leading
proponents, many naïve Westerners have
developed the idea that sexual tantra is an
integral part of ancient Eastern religions such
as Hinduism. They are thus often surprised to
learn that it is viewed with distaste and even
disgust by the vast majority of Hindus and that itis not in any way representative of that noble religion.

Again, there is nothing inherently
wrong with two people seeking sexual union
– although Theosophy suggests that the sole
intended purpose of sexual union is for procreation and not for sensual or selfish pleasure (see Theosophy
on the Sex Problem and also Human Evolution
in the Secret Doctrine about how the downfall
and destruction of Atlantis and the Atlanteans was hastened by the degradation of the sex act, alongside the rise of “self-pleasuring”) – but whenit is performed with the attempt and aim of utilising the sexual forces and/or fluids for 'spiritual' purposes
it becomes black magic pure and simple."

Magick and Science

Understanding that part of Magick is the manipulation of energy may be beneficial to help folks understand that Magick is as Natural as it can be. The electromagnetic spectrum will be presented to scientifically explain how it is that all things vibrate at different frequencies. Nikola Tesla even spoke of the importance of energy, frequency, and vibration.
"If you want to find the secrets of the universe think in terms of energy, frequencies and vibration." pinterest.com https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=pcIqG%2FbP&id=F105742910E116DE3AA90C15D25B362E7F3C7ECF&thid=OIP.pcIqG_bPRJbeK3v1PCyHVAEsDh&q=everything%20is%20energy&simid=608006511339899746&selectedIndex=61&ajaxhist=0

A great quote that expresses Magick is energy was found on bing.

"Magick is not a practice, it is a living, breathing web of energy that, with our permission, can encase our every action".astartemoonblog.blogspot.com

"The electromagnetic spectrum is the collective term for all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. The 'electromagnetic spectrum' of an object has a different meaning, and is instead the characteristic distribution of electromagnetic radiation emitted or absorbed by that particular object."Electromagnetic spectrum - Wikipedia, the free encyclo…https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_spectrum

"The emission spectrum of a chemical element or chemical compound is the spectrum of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation emitted due to an atom or molecule making a transition from a high energy state to a lower energy state. The photon energy of the emitted photon is equal to the energy difference between the two states. There are many possible electron transitions for each atom, and each transition has a specific energy difference. This collection of different transitions, leading to different radiated wavelengths, make up an emission spectrum. Each element's emission spectrum is unique. Therefore, spectroscopy can be used to identify the elements in matter of unknown composition. Similarly, the emission spectra of molecules can be used in chemical analysis of substances."  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emission_spectrum

It's scientific. All things have different frequencies. I propose that folks who claim that energy is energy are neither unaware of the electromagnetic spectrum nor do they realize what frequency and wavelength are.

"Frequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit time. It is also referred to as temporal frequency, which emphasizes the contrast to spatial frequency and angular frequency. The period is the duration of time of one cycle in a repeating event, so the period is the reciprocal of the frequency."
See more on en.wikipedia.org

In physics, the wavelength of a sinusoidal wave is the spatial period of the wave—the distance over which the wave's shape repeats, and the inverse of the spatial frequency."

The rest of this blog function to present my theories about what i have learned thus far, and i am always learning and expanding.  The differences in frequency and wavelength of the emotion that we use to fuel our Magick convinces me that there is a difference in white and black Magick. White Magick is using higher vibrating energy to fuel it while black Magick uses lower vibrating energy such as sadness or hatred. Keep in mind that we can deeply hate and hexe someone who has harmed one we love and we still have love energy tied into our Magick. Some people do use black Magick in LOVE and for goode reasons such as hexes done for Justice.

To me, light Magick is calling on energies that vibrate above the Earth's plane while dark Magick calls on entities that stay below the Earth's plane. This comes back to frequency and vibration too. It is easier for entities who vibrate lower to interact with us on this plane than it is for those is higher planes. The entities in the lower planes are closer and it's that simple.

Also the different colors, crystals, Planets, herbs and everything else we use in Magick have their own frequencies so it is logical that they will all work differently.

"Everything is energy and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is psychics." ~Albert Einstein~    https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=lkzhPlJJ&id=233D9967B4234425BC7B41304EF2AC7DDFA45950&thid=OIP.lkzhPlJJNAYwj0f77ryDOgEsCN&q=everything%20is%20energy&simid=608023893070709255&selectedIndex=41&ajaxh

Everything is made from atoms, and all atom have electrons that move around the nucleus constantly and this is energy of motion. All things have atoms thus all things have energy. Magick uses energy. Magick is energy.
