There is a real problem with lobbying in America

There is a real problem with lobbying in America, and this blog will attempt to demonstrate how it  all seems to be connected to the greed of the "Feds".  The medical and tobacco industries will be used as examples because i have already done some research on them.

Lobbying in Big Pharma

Lobbying is the process in which big pharma uses the money they make from sick people to influence politicians to make policies that benefit big pharma.  Isn’t bribery supposed to be illegal?  Some sources from inside the college will be exposed now.  Steinbrook (2008) reports that although there are regulations about private campaign donations, “the health care industry spends substantially more money for purposes for which federal law does not restrict its spending, such as to finance the host committees at the Democratic and Republican national conventions and to lobby Congress and federal agencies. Although the conventions receive public funds, their host committees receive tens of millions of dollars in soft-money donations, primarily from large corporations and lobbying firms.  In 2008, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) as well as individual drug and medical-device companies were among the sponsors of the host committees at both national conventions and organized numerous convention-related events” (para.9).  “Since 2006, the health sector has spent more money on lobbying than any other sector of the economy (see Figure above). Updated statistics for 2006 show that the health sector spent $379.8 million to lobby the federal government” (Steinbrook, 2008, para.10).  "Big Pharma Controls the Medical Industry" @ http://citedinfo.blogspot.com/2017/03/part-1-big-pharma-controls-medical_27.html  Provides more cites about this dilemma that the "Feds" allow to continue.  The tobacco industry will be discussed next.
 Lobbying and the Tobacco Industry
Since i used an excerpt from big pharma blog to explain how lobbying works, i can say that the tobacco industry donates quit a bit as well.   The FDA and Cancer Society are examples of organizations that get funds from big pharma in some kind of round about way.
I LOVE how pics can relay so much information.
So, the medical and the tobacco industry gives millions of dollars in lobbying which benefits governmental agencies and not the citizens who pay the taxes.  The cancer society knows tobacco companies add poisonous chemicals to cigarettes and still allow it to happen which basically creates more patients for the medical industry.  Further research on the tobacco problem is located @ http://citedinfo.blogspot.com/2017/07/why-is-sacred-plant-tobacco-demonized.html  It seems like one more example will be sufficient to explain that the law makers don't care about the average citizen.
The Cancer Industry

There are several cures for cancer that are hidden with research presented here http://citedinfo.blogspot.com/2017/03/part-2-beating-cancer-industry-scam.html Cannabis oil is one that is illegal.  Who controls the laws?  Those who are being lobbied by companies. There is areal problem with lobbying in America and it is so out of control that citizens are harmed in so many ways.
In retrospect, i coma back and add the HUGE problem of America's youth being doped up.  An excerpt from one of my college papers explains the situation.  The objective of this section is to analyze the societal problem of the prevalence in which Ritalin® (methylphenidate, MPH) is prescribed to America’s youth for ADHD.  Children’s diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) skyrocketed approximately 41% from 2003 to 2011 to reach a total of 6.4 million children according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (Story, et.al., 2016).  The CDC also claims that the most commonly used neurobehavioral diagnosis is ADHD with 7-years-old as the average age at the time of diagnosis and twice as many boys in comparison to girls (Holland and Higuera, 2015).  Marco, et.al. (2011) explain that concern is surfacing about the long-term safety of the extensive number of adolescents and children who are given MPH, a psychostimulant, for ADHD.  Basically, the purpose of the author’s thinking is to evaluate the possible causes for this situation.  My alarming research on Ritalin is located here and i did make a 100 on this paper http://citedinfo.blogspot.com/2016/11/consequences-of-ritalin.html
There are long term affects of using Ritalin & other drugs on the developing brain, and it is UNETHICAL to put kids on the SHIT when there are healthier alternatives to taking care of "ADHD".  Cannabis oil treats "ADHD", cancer, epilespy while it's still illegal???
