Yay!!! It's finally Spring time, and as we enter the season of rebirth, i have decided to make greater use of what Mother Nature provides. This blog will present the information that i am gathering from other sites as i learn how to use Mother Earth's bountiful gifts to Us.
I just go out to my yard, pluck some Dandelion, Violet, and Clover leaves as well as flowers while expressing my gratitude for Their Healing Energy. Chocolate Mint and Rosemary have been my go to herbs for teas as well as Water for a while now. Then i them steep in my coffee pot with a bit of Hibiscus tea. Of course, i am spoiled so i add some local Honey as well a spoon of sugar to make it taste goode, but it has to be healthier than ice tea from the store because it's organic. Extra bonuses are that it's free, and if it gets cool i can just add ice for a nice cold drink. My grammar is fine, the capital letters are because Plants and Honey are Sacred to me, just in case You were wondering. I also garnish my water & infuse the Plant's healing properties in my water by holding to my 3rd eye & channeling my wishes with Gratitude.
We can also put crystals in water jugs to infuse that. That's what so awesome about Magick, we can create our own Paths with it.

Violet Flower Benefits to Reduce Cysts
Violet’s most famous use is to dissolve cysts, lumps, and fibrotic tissue of the breast. Herbalist Matthew Wood recommends a fresh poultice of leaves and flowers for cancers of the lymphatic system, breasts, lungs, and skin. I’ve heard many stories of oil infused with fresh violets being used for dissolving lumps of the breast or simply as a preventive.

A fresh violet poultice can be used externally for a variety of reasons. Abscesses, acne, arthritis, minor skin irritations, sores, and swollen glands are just a few of the possibilities.
Violet Benefits as an Anti-Inflammatory
Violet eases pain. It is used externally and internally for pain associated with arthritis and is especially indicated for arthritis accompanied by dry hot tissues.
I often recommend violet leaf infusions for people who have dry, rough and itchy rashes (sometimes diagnosed as atopic dermatitis or eczema). Along with other recommendations, I've seen many people who have experienced this discomfort for years watch in wonder as it all disappears.
Violet for the Heart
Another name for violet is hearts-ease. It has been used for the physical and emotional heart for thousands of years. Violet is high in a constituent called rutin. Rutin strengthens capillaries, prevents platelet aggregation, and is anti-inflammatory.

on How to Use Violets
Ancient Greeks wore crowns of violets to promote serenity and sleep. Ancient Romans would plant violets upon the graves of children. Violets are regarded as a symbol of innocence and modesty. Violet is the state flower of Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Wisconsin. Violet flowers are carried to bring good fortune.
Violet leaves and flowers contain beta-carotene, vitamin C, salicylates, the flavonoid rutin, mucilage, and the flowers contain essential oil.
Violets are pungent, bitter, and sweet, cool and moist and correspond to Venus, and the element of water.
In the garden, violet provides nectar for early butterflies. The plant prefers full to partial shade, soil that is rich in organic matter, and moderate to high amounts of water. There are over one hundred of the Viola genus. Most are perennial, though there are a few annuals in the genus. Viola. tricolor, also known as Pansy, also edible is one of the most recognized.
Violet Vinegar
Place as many violet flowers as possible into a jar. Cover with white wine vinegar, cork and allow to steep for one month, shaking daily. Strain and refrigerate. Voila!
Violet Honey
In the spring, collect two cups violet flowers. Place in the blender with one cup raw unfiltered honey and the juice of one lemon and blend. Store in a glass jar in the freezer. Use as a spread on sprouted crackers."

Nature's Formula Tells Us How Dandelions Are Good for Us
"One of the Best Herbal Supplements for Diabetes on the Market is the Dandelion Herb
Dandelion leaf is an excellent source of iron, calcium, vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, and especially sodium. It has been said that perhaps dandelions may have been one of the “bitter herbs” mentioned in the Bible.
Dandelion is one of the key herbs used to purify the blood and support the kidneys and pancreas. Dandelion leaves are especially helpful as a diuretic and helpful for cellulite and fluid retention. The combination of root and leaves are known to be helpful in dissolving urinary stones and gravel. As far as the pancreas goes, the diabetes facts are that this is a very important herb when it comes to helping to increase insulin secretions, which is beneficial for diabetics.
As an excellent liver cleanser, dandelion aids in increasing the output of the liver as well as the flow of bile into the intestines and the activity of the pancreas and spleen. This makes it a great treatment for hepatitis, yellow jaundice, and other liver-related problems. By helping to purify the blood, dandelion helps with certain types of anemia. Certain acids that build up in the blood due to weight loss are known to be destroyed by dandelion. It also helps with low blood pressure and builds energy as well as endurance.
Dandelion is excellent for female organs as well. It is known to enrich breast milk in nursing mothers which benefits both mother and child. It is also known to aid women suffering from premenstrual syndrome, and they may find that the diuretic action of dandelion helps to relieve some of the symptoms.
The flowers of dandelion are a rich source of lecithin. This is the essential nutrient that elevates the brain’s acetylcholine. This means that it may help retard or stop regression of mental ability caused by Alzheimer’s disease. Lecithin also aids the body in maintaining good liver function. Dandelion also helps to open the urinary passages as part of its cleansing process.
It is important to note that dandelion is also known as a bitter herb. This means that it helps to activate the entire digestive tract and liver and in doing so helps to ease digestion, increase appetite and the flow of digestive juices, and cleanse the liver. The herb is known to help treat liver disease and sluggish liver as well as help to dissolve gallstones.
Proper kidney function is essential for living healthy. The sesquiterpene lactones (bitter) compounds found in both dandelion leaf and dandelion roots have diuretic effects. This diuretic effect of dandelion leaf is important in cleansing the kidney because it increases urination. This increase in urination helps to remove certain toxins from the kidney."

Melissa Brever on How to Use Dandelions
Young dandelion greens are tender and delicious served raw in salads or sandwiches. If you use the greens that have been harvested after the plant has flowered, you can blanch them in water to remove the bitterness; dump the bitter water, and blanch them again. You will loose a lot of vitamins this way, but there are still plenty of beneficial nutrients left. Use sauteed or steamed dandelion greens as you would any other greens. Dandelion root can by ground and used as a substitute for coffee, and dandelion flowers can be used in recipes and for garnish."

Organic Facts Tells Us
How to Use Red Clover
"The plant has traditionally been used in parts of Europe and Asia for the treatment of many health conditions. Usually, the herb is consumed in the form of a tea and ever since the health benefits of red clover have been discovered, it has become quite popular.
You can create a potent herbal extract from red clover as it is rich in phytosterols, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds. However, it is important to keep in mind that consuming small amounts of this herb is safe as too much of it can be toxic. You can use the dried leaves to brew a delicious, sweet tea, which can have a number of powerful effects on the body. The raw greens of the plant can also be consumed, and are packed with nutritious elements.
Reduces Hypertension
The unique properties of red clover include its ability to reduce inflammation throughout the body, particularly in the cardiovascular system. Various studies have shown that consuming its tea can significantly reduce the tension in the arteries and blood vessels, thereby helping reduce the blood pressure levels. This can help prevent coronary heart diseases and keep cardiovascular issues at bay.

If you consume the greens of red clover, you are more likely to get a high dose of vitamin C than by consuming the tea. Vitamin C is a powerful immune system booster and can help stimulate the production of white blood cells.
Word of Caution: Although the majority of reports concerning red clover are positive, some people do experience certain side effects, including nausea, muscle aches, headaches, and heavy periods in women. Also, if you are on a medication for any hormone-related or cancer conditions, be sure to speak with a medical professional before adding red clover to your health regimen."

Hibiscus side effects and risks
A 2013 review of studies reported that very high doses of hibiscus extract could potentially cause liver damage. The same review reported that hibiscus extract was shown to interact with hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic) in animals and with acetaminophen in humans.
Individuals who drink herbal teas should let their doctors know, as some herbs have the potential to interact with medications.
According to other sources, hibiscus consumption is not safe for people who take chloroquine, a medication for malaria. Hibiscus may decrease how well the medicine works in the body.
People with diabetes or on high blood pressure medications should monitor their blood sugar and blood pressure levels when consuming hibiscus. This is because it may decrease blood sugar or blood pressure levels.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not drink hibiscus tea.
Drinking hibiscus tea in moderation is generally considered safe. However, other products containing hibiscus are not regulated and may or may not contain what they claim. These include: supplements, capsules, and extracts."

Hi :) I am Paige. At the time I decided to go to college to be a psychologist I still believed in the “system”; however, I have since learned that the medical industry is owned by big pharma who only cares about money. A huge clue for me was the research material or scholarly viewed articles that are available in the school library because the material usually supported big pharma; however, gems of knowledge can be gleaned out with careful searching. Another clue was that my classmates did not like my controversial posts that point out alternatives to pushing pills. Although I finished all of my classes for a bachelors in psychology, I still had not really learned anything about helping people, but I did find out that a bachelors in psychology does not give me any specific job qualification. Anyway, after i finished they wanted $3,000 that wasn't covered by financial aid to give me my degree so i wasn't able to advance any further. It seems like passing on knowledge to others, freely, is a goode way to help society so that is what I do now in my blogs. Plus, i get bored without homework to do.

This author first learned of colloidal silver from a holistic doctor’s video at the time of the ebola scare, and the doctor showed some books that told of miraculous cures with colloidal silver that have been “squashed” in the medical industry because it kills “600 pathogens”. Dr. Sirian explained that colloidal silver will kill ebola so I pursued incorporating it into my life. As a single mom, I could not pay the doctor for his small bottles, but I did find out how to make it and ordered my silver rods for 20$. After 3 years of experimenting and researching I do believe that it is a miracle drug that could change and save lives so I will make this blog.
