For paige, channeling involves feeling what is felt by those she is allowing to use her body. Being 100% open to spirits does have many dangers, and that is why paige needs her scary Death gods. It truly seems that we are all different in the way we experience life and death. To some death is the end while paige knows death is just a different kind of life.
Never-the-less, some things just hurt too bad to linger there. Crying for Spirits is a beautiful thing, although it is very intense. At first the pain is just too much, as the cleansing wash of Precious Tears gather in her eyes to be shed in the purest of LOVE, the power is gained to wash away pain. I will tell You a secret, it's easy when she is surrounded in so much LOVE as she is by the Army of the Dead, as well as the Silver Man. Yet, the Silver Man feels guilty because he asked her to make the call for the new Army of the Dead.
