contains 19 amino acids and There is no such thing as a non complete
protein which means lacking some amono acids all foods have all the
amino acids but the thing is we need a requirement value each day that
is what is really called complete protein meaning complete
requirement...1 egg contains 13 % of protein which means we need 8 eggs
per day alone to have a daily protein requirement
