On my last shroom adventure i realized that tobacco is a sacred plant that is demonized by the system and non smokers. I propose that tobacco is a powerful spiritual agent that helps some people tremendously. My deities, Papa Legba, Baron Samedi, and Maman Brigette are all three smokers and it doesn't seem to have a negative affect on Them.
In my spirituality tobacco is a cleanser, and it "feeds" energy to my ghosties. Also, Papa Legba, and the Ghede enjoy the smoking as They possess me.

The fda (n.d.). says "not all of the harmful chemicals created during tobacco manufacturing are added; some occur naturally as tobacco is prepared for use. These chemicals include a class of carcinogens called tobacco-specific nitrosamines, or TSNAs.1

I propse that part of the reason that tobacco is poisoned and further demonized is because it is beneficial. Just like "they" poison all goode things that "they" can. How weird is it that the money making american cancer society does only lists two added ingredients, and blames the smoking for process for so many carcinogens??? I call BULLSHIT!!!

Cancer is just a money making scam, anyway, and there are numerous cures. Since i switched from ciggies to roll your own i have been healthier, no more lung problems and i smoke a LOT, no more headaches either. Two studies that i looked at claim roll your own is not better and one study says it's worse. I call BULLSHIT!!!

As a Shaman, i propose that we only have religious freedom if we choose one of the pre-packaged and corrupted religions "they" give us. Poisoning this sacred plant and associated it with cancer is one way, making plants made by Mother Earth illegal is another, and making cussing seem nasty is another way. My Ghede gods rather enjoy it when i cuss so that i don't give a shit if i offend you because you don't help me at all the way, They do. That's my religious freedom to cuss and You ain't taking that one from me too.
